At the same time, our commitment to green construction has earned us prestigious recognitions, including HUDCO’s Best Practice Award for Environment-Friendly Buildings and ratings from the Indian Green Building Council.

What began as an effort to improve housing satisfaction levels, which stood at only 6% in 1989, has today reached 28%. Our dedicated staff continues to work relentlessly with the goal of achieving 40% in the near future.
